Hyderabadi Dynamite Pickle

Set your taste buds alight with a red-hot combination of chilli, mustard and curry leaves enhanced with the bittersweet flavour of tamarind. This pickle is made with pride to our own secret family recipe.

Ideal with Vintage Cheese and Biscuits and to zing up a hot salad or sandwich. Used to make a classic Hyderabadi Meat or Fish Pickle. Diced pork or unshelled prawns, marinate with a few teaspoons of Dynamite Pickle. Allow to rest overnight then cook on low heat thoroughly and allow to ‘steep’ for 2 days in the fridge to make your perfect pickle!
